THE BUTLER OF THE YEAR AWARD IS AN HONORARY TITLE SYMBOLIZING EXCELLENCE

The International Guild of Professional Butlers, as the Worldwide Authority on Butling, Private Service and Household Management, wishes to support and recognize the accomplishments of the individual while at the same time promoting the Industry as a whole.

The “Butler Of The Year” Award has been created to pay tribute to that person whose expertise and exemplary dedication has enhanced the image of the Private Service profession and his/her professional association; who commands the respect of his/her own colleagues because of character and performance.

The winner will be announced on our web site and via The Guild's NewsLetter on the first of January of each year. The Award will be given annually with the winner chosen by our Executive Members through secret ballot. 

NOMINEES

Nominees must demonstrate professionalism, exemplary employment history and evidence of overall achievements in Private Service. Additionally, persons must have used their professional skills or personal talents to further public understanding and awareness of Private Service. To nominate yourself, or another individual, send us an e-mail describing your or the nominee's qualifications and accomplishments and e-mail it to us, as well as other supporting documents, if available. Nominations can be made by any individual, or organizations such as professional and trade associations.

THE PRIZE

With keen competition and a selection panel consisting of international experts, the winners of The "Butler Of The Year" Award are bestowed a true honor when presented with a certificate, free Executive Membership, the Guild's Pin and a gift certificate of 500 US Dollars.

DEADLINE

All nominations must be received by The Guild no later than December 10. Nominees need not be members of The Guild.
